Contact forms
When you send the inquiry form on the Contact page, your answers are emailed to me through this website's own hosting (Hostinger). They aren't stored in a database on this website.
The form includes a hidden field used to filter automated spam. It does not collect extra information about you.
WhatsApp communication
If you contact me on WhatsApp, your messages and number are handled by WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Buttons on this website only open WhatsApp with a suggested message; nothing is sent until you press send.
WhatsApp conversations stay in my WhatsApp account for as long as they're useful for our work together, and are covered by the retention period below.
Third-party services
This website or the services used to run it may involve:
- Website hosting and email delivery: Hostinger
- Domain registration, where I register a domain on your behalf
- WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider, when you contact me through them
Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Data retention
Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months, so I can follow up on earlier conversations. For projects I've worked on, files and records are kept for up to 3 years for business and tax purposes. You can ask me to delete your details sooner.
Data security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, such as password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication where it's available, and keeping access limited to me. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so absolute security can't be guaranteed.
Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting me using the details below.
Whether or not a particular data protection law applies to a business of this size, you can always ask me to show, correct or delete the information you've shared, and I'll act on it.
