Building better online experiences for local businesses

Every business is different. A good website should reflect what the business actually does, who it serves and what customers need to know.

Varun Owner, Diziweb

Why I started this

I'm Varun. I've spent the last four years building websites, and in that time I kept noticing the same thing: plenty of good local businesses around Delhi are hard to find online, or send customers to a page that doesn't reflect how they actually work.

I started Diziweb to deal with that in a practical way. Instead of selling a package and asking an owner to imagine the result, I research the business first and build a concept they can actually look at. If it's right for them, we build it properly. If it isn't, they haven't lost anything.

Four years of building and maintaining websites has shown me what really gets used: pages that load quickly, service information that's easy to find, and contact options that work on a phone. That's what I focus on, rather than features that only look good in a demo.

My approach

Four principles behind every website I build.

  • Understand first

Before designing anything, I learn what the business does, who it serves and what customers need to find.

  • Design with purpose

Every section has a job: answer a question, build trust or make contact easier. If it doesn't help, it doesn't go in.

  • Keep things simple

Clear layouts, plain language and obvious next steps, both on the website and in how we work together.

  • Build for real customers

Websites are built for the people who'll use them: often on a phone, often in a hurry, looking for one specific thing.

Why local businesses

Many local businesses are very good at what they do, but their online presence doesn't always show it. Information ends up spread across a Google listing, a social media profile and WhatsApp chats.

A clear, professional website gives them one place to present their services properly. It doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be accurate, easy to use on a phone, and make contacting the business simple.

That's the kind of work I want to do: practical websites for businesses whose visitors are real people deciding whether to call, book or visit.

What I care about

  • Clarity

Visitors should understand what you do, and what to do next, within a few seconds.

  • Trust

Accurate information, real details and nothing exaggerated, on your website and in how I describe my own work.

  • Mobile experience

Designed for phones first, because that's where many customers will look you up.

  • Performance

Lightweight pages without unnecessary scripts or oversized images.

  • Simple communication

Plain language, no jargon, and straight answers to your questions.

  • Honest expectations

Clear scope, realistic timelines, and no promises of guaranteed rankings or results.
